Information involved
If you email or telephone us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information and the contents of your enquiry. This website has no account registration, contact form or online payment. The hosting service may generate technical access and security records, which can include an IP address, request time and page requested.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond and discuss a possible project. Technical records may be needed to deliver the website, maintain its security and investigate errors. The lawful basis applicable to each type of processing must be confirmed for the places where the site operates.
Language setting and other sites
The site saves your selected language in your browser using local storage. A language parameter may also appear in page links, and the server may receive it as part of a normal page request. The current site files do not include advertising or analytics scripts. An Instagram link takes you to a separate service, which applies its own privacy terms.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and email providers may handle relevant information to deliver the website and your messages. Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed to respond and meet any applicable recordkeeping duties; technical log retention depends on the hosting configuration. Provider identity, processing location and actual retention periods require confirmation before publication.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about information held about you or request correction or deletion where applicable. Write to info@balayan.co · +86 135 3300 7755. We will assess requests under the laws that apply. This notice will be updated if the website’s data practices change.
